Very experienced IT professional (>15 years), building and running IT organisations (>100 staff, 20 countries), responsible for developing and implementing a global IT technology and application platform.
Experienced M&A professional (>8 years), specialised in PMI. Ran >20 PMI projects in NA and EU.
Very experienced project manager, both for IT projects (such as 20 SAP implementations in Europe and APAC; Data Center move) and Business projects (such as logistics outsourcing; business restructuring including mergers and carve outs). Project management for SOX, GDPR and Brexit.
